It is the tallest residential apartment in the western hemisphere, standing at 1,396 ft above park avenue and offers the most gorgeous view of the city and park below.
The building’s design is modern and sleek, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and minimalist architecture and the apartments are designed to complement the building’s aesthetic and offer a luxurious living experience.
We designed a total of 25 pieces for the apartment, including sofas, chairs, headboards and coffee tables. The prominent light colours and shades give the apartment an enlightened aesthetic that is both lavish and calming.
Pemberly, from Bretano’s sovereign collection, a Bouclé fabric, wraps the sofas and chairs adding a gentle and alluring appearance to the furniture. It harmonises perfectly with neutral tones and wooden accents giving the space a touch of modern elegance, adding a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere, perfect for a more formal style.
