At the core of the hotel is Akira Back’s outstanding restaurant, which features an impressive capacity of 148 guests and represents the acclaimed chef’s debut in the UK. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by the stunning expanse of the atrium, descending a magnificent circular staircase made from Ming marble.
The design of this exceptional dining space draws inspiration from the serene beauty of “a walk in the park,” seamlessly integrating natural elements of wind, fire, water, and salt. The fabrics chosen for this space reflect this natural inspiration, enhancing the atmosphere with their diverse textures and finishes.
We have meticulously crafted over 200 bespoke pieces. Dining tables feature solid timber edges with a veneer centre, supported by black metal bases. Dining chairs are crafted from solid timber frames with luxurious leather backrests and seat pads, while the banquettes employ several fabrics to create contrasting colours that bring the design intention to life. Bar tables showcase champagne metal frames with sleek black stone tops, and the reception counters combine black ash with elegant leather wrap fronts, adding to the sophisticated aesthetic.
Each item exemplifies our dedication to quality and design, enriching the restaurant’s captivating atmosphere.
