Spanning 527 sq ft, the living room serves as the heart of the penthouse, designed for both relaxation and sophisticated gatherings. At its centre, a semi-circular sofa upholstered in soft neutral fabric with a bronze base creates a welcoming focal point. Complemented by rich burgundy and textured cushions, it adds depth and warmth, setting an inviting tone for the space.
In front of the sofa, a set of nested coffee tables introduces a refined layering of textures and materials. One table features a textured metal top with a timber base, offering a striking contrast that brings an industrial edge to the design, while the other is crafted entirely from timber, enhancing the room with its natural elegance and warmth.
To complete the arrangement, the Luna Armchair stands as a sculptural statement piece. Defined by its graceful curves and exceptional craftsmanship, it not only provides comfort but also enhances the room’s artistic appeal, reinforcing the balance between functionality and design.
Designed to accommodate both intimate dinners and larger gatherings, the dining area spans 463 sq ft, offering a refined yet practical setting. At its centre, a bespoke dining table exemplifies expert craftsmanship and precision manufacturing.
The marble top, featuring an integrated ’Lazy Susan’, enhances both functionality and visual appeal, ensuring effortless dining experiences. Brass detailing on the base introduces a distinctive design element, reflecting the meticulous artistry behind its construction. A high-gloss lacquer finish on both the top and base reinforces durability while accentuating the table’s striking presence, making it an essential feature of the penthouse’s high-end interior.
Each of the four bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed with a distinct theme, reflecting the individuality of the residence. Every room features a unique bed frame and headboard, complemented by bespoke bedside tables and writing desks, all crafted to enhance the character of the space.
The bed frames, upholstered in a selection of high-end fabrics, introduce a variety of textures and finishes, adding depth to the design. Custom-designed nightstands and writing desks further elevate the functionality and aesthetic appeal of each room, ensuring that every piece contributes to a refined and cohesive interior.
The bespoke bar stools blend sophistication and comfort, featuring a curved wooden frame with rich burgundy leather upholstery. The dark wood legs and brass footrest add contrast and durability, making them a refined yet functional addition to the kitchen.
Additional bespoke pieces were crafted, including console tables, bedroom ottomans, desk chairs, and armchairs, each designed to complement the residence’s refined aesthetic. This collaboration exemplifies our commitment to expert craftsmanship and innovative furniture design. Every piece was carefully conceived and precisely manufactured to elevate the penthouse’s luxurious atmosphere, ensuring a truly distinctive living experience.
