The Ritz London is recognised as one of the world’s most prestigious hotels, synonymous with luxury, craftsmanship and timeless elegance. Hospitality Projects was proud to play a key role in the hotel’s landmark extension programme, delivering bespoke furniture packages for the newly created guest rooms and suites within this iconic London destination. The wider expansion formed part of a major investment into the future of the hotel, creating new accommodation while preserving the exceptional standards for which The Ritz is renowned.
Working alongside developer Grafton and internationally acclaimed Paris-based interior design studio Pierre-Yves Rochon (PYR), Hospitality Projects manufactured and supplied bespoke headboards, bedside tables, coffee tables, side tables, writing desks and vanity units throughout the new guestrooms. Every piece was carefully developed to complement the sophisticated interior vision whilst meeting the demanding operational requirements of a luxury hotel environment.
The project required an exceptional level of craftsmanship, combining traditional furniture making techniques with modern manufacturing processes. Hand carving, specialist gilding, decorative metalwork and bespoke finishing techniques were integrated throughout the collection, ensuring each item reflected the quality and attention to detail expected within one of London’s most celebrated hotels.
Working to exacting specifications, every component underwent rigorous review and approval processes to achieve the highest standards of quality, consistency and durability. From material selection through to final finishing, the emphasis remained on delivering furniture that would seamlessly integrate into the wider interior scheme whilst exceeding guest expectations.
