Hospitality Projects was appointed directly by the Soho House Design and Procurement team at 180 Strand to support the delivery of Soho House Manchester, the brand’s first House in the North of England. Located within the landmark former Granada Studios development, the project represents an exciting addition to the global Soho House portfolio, bringing its distinctive design-led hospitality experience to one of the UK’s most creative cities.
Working closely with the Soho House team, Hospitality Projects supplied a carefully curated collection of bespoke and loose furniture pieces throughout the project. Our scope included dining tables, occasional tables, lounge seating, chairs and sofas, all selected and manufactured to reflect the unique character and design language synonymous with the Soho House brand.
The project demanded exceptional attention to detail, balancing durability and performance with the relaxed luxury and residential feel that has become a hallmark of Soho House interiors. Every item was developed to complement the carefully considered interior scheme while meeting the operational demands of a busy hospitality environment.
Through close collaboration with the design and procurement teams, Hospitality Projects managed the manufacturing and delivery process, ensuring quality, consistency and programme requirements were achieved throughout. The result is a collection of furniture that seamlessly integrates into the wider guest experience whilst maintaining the distinctive aesthetic for which Soho House is recognised globally.
